Frosted Chocolate Cheese Cake

Yes, today I'm gonna teach u how to bake Frosted Chocolate Cheese Cake!


Everyone kept asking me how did I bake them and alalalala. So, to save my saliva I'm gonna post it up here!

First all you need is the determination to bake a cake, so move ur ass up to bake now! nonono, stay back. Read my recipe first, lol. so lame.
okay, First thing u need to do is prepare the ingredients!

INGREDIENTS.


  • 2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs (oreos)
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces milk chocolate candy bar without nuts, chopped
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

  • what is wafer crumbs? It's a biscuit crumbs if u dont know.
  • First, you need to make the oreos to crumbs like this.Then, In a bowl, combine wafer crumbs and butter.


Mixed with butter



  • Press onto the bottom and make them flat, but before putting them in, greased the springform pan with a little butter, then let it chill for 15 minutes



  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs but beat on low speed just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips, don't beat them. then Pour the mixture into crust. no picture for this sorry ): 

  • Place pan on a baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for approximately 45 to 50 minutes or until center is almost set, check them regularly so it wont burned.


after taking it out from the oven, before taking out the cake is creamy in colour, please note this. I have no picture of it, sorry.

  • After that Cool the cheesecake on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen it, cool 1 hour longer and then refrigerate the cheesecake overnight.

  • For frosting, in a microwave-safe bowl, melt candy bar for about 1 minute in microwave, stir until smooth. Cool to room temperature. Gradually stir in whipped topping. Then refrigerate it overnight with the same time as the cake.

after melt it in microwave and stir them until smooth.

Mix them with 2 cups of whipped topping.

Final product, need to use big bowl cause too many lol. That white bowl I used at first cannot fit.

  • Next day, Frost top of cheesecake and garnish with almonds!
